13-27   Changes in class schedule

20        Holiday. Martin Luther King, Jr.’ Day

27        Last day for removal of incomplete grades

27        Last day for late enrollment

31        Faculty submission of D’s and F’s report to Dean of Academic Affairs

FEBRUARY

14        Last day to administrate first test, or grade

17        Holiday. Presidents’ Day

28        Faculty submission of D’s and F’s report to Dean of Academic Affairs

MARCH

13        Last day for total or partial withdrawals with refund

16       Courses need analysis for next term

 23        Holiday. Emancipation Day (HCC suspended face to face classes beginning on March 16, 2020 as required by the Government of Puerto Rico. The Institution begun the distance learning modality this day)

 31        Faculty submission of D’s and F’s report to Dean of Academic Affairs

 31        Last day to pay tuition balance

APRIL

4          Last day for total and partial withdrawals at the Registrar’s Office

8         Enrollment process begins

9-10     Academic and administrative Recess – Holy Thursday and Friday.
